Linda Jason
Linda Jason has been engaged in the general practice of law since completing Boston College Law School. Ms. Jason has a BA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and a Masters Degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
Since forming Jason & Fischer, with her husband, Andrew Fischer, Ms. Jason has represented high tech, retail and other small businesses in contract and real estate matters. The major portion of her practice is representing buyers and sellers of residential homes and condominiums and related real estate and condominium law matters.
Today, Ms. Jason continues to represent several small businesses, including software and technology companies and maintains her active real estate practice. Beginning in 1993, she has taught popular adult education courses in How to Buy your First Home at the Boston and Cambridge Centers for Adult Education. She also runs seminars in Home Buying for corporate human resource divisions and for educational and business institutions.
